Bonnie Jo and Greg have had the most beautiful and romantic love story. They met on an American Airlines flight from Santa Barbara to Pheonix. They talked for the entire hour flight, and by the end they were exhanging numbers. That chance meeting in December of 2024 was the beginning of some magical, and on May 29th of 2025 they got engaged! Bonnie Jo was being promoted to Lieutenant Colonel in the US Air Force, and Greg, his parents, and her family and friends were all in attendance. She didn't know that Greg had planned to propose on the steps of the church that she was attending, but at about 9pm at night, surrounded by thier family and friends, Greg asked and she said "Yes". During the proposal, Greg presented Bonnie Jo with a dozen roses; one of them was fake in honor of their favorite song by Chris Young, "Til the Last One Dies" - a fake rose will never die, so they will love each other forever!
Bonnie Jo and Greg's wedding was at the Lutheran Church of Our Savior in Santa Maria, California. This was the church Bonnie Jo grew up in, making it extra special. Surrounded by gorgeous Fall Colored florals and all of their closest family and friends, Bonnie Jo and Greg said their vows. The love surrounding these two is second only to the obvious love they have for one another. Congratulations, Bonnie Jo and Greg - may your life together be as magical as your first meeting!
