Joanna and Ryan traveled all the way from Texas for their magical "sunset engagement session". We met at the iconic Spooner's Cove at Montana de Oro on a day where the waves were crashing, the wind was blowing and the sun was beautiful. These two gorgeous people were obviously in love beyond measure, I could tell that from the moment we met; that love shined as brightly as the sun throughout their session. We walked through the sand, braved the wind, and had some of the best laughs and fun that I've had for a very long time during a session - it helped that they brought along family to "cheer them on" and keep them smiling throughout. These two were up for absolutely anything, and looked incredible in each pose we tried. As I edited their gallery, I was reminded of how beautiful and sweet these two were, and I can't wait to photograph their amazing wedding in Morro Bay, California later this year!
