When I was contacted for wedding photography for Haley and Neil, I was immediately brought to tears by their story. Neil is fighting a serious health battle, and the two wanted to elope with the pacific ocean roaring around them before he went in for his next treatment. They needed to do things quickly, my schedule was already pretty full, but I knew that I had to fit them in. The day came and the weather was absolutely beautiful. Two of their closest friends had built them the most magical arobor that was placed at the edge of a cliff overlooking Pismo Beach and the crashing waves. Haley was an absolutely beautiful bride, and Neil looked as handsome as an groom could. After their short and heartfelt ceremony, we took an adventure down to the beach and got some of the most touching and amazing bride and groom photographs any of us could imagine. This is why being a wedding photographer who loves elopements is so rewarding...everyone has a story and everyone deserves to have that story documented.
